All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided based on the shipping option you select:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: $9.99
  • Free Shipping: On Order over $60

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout when your order total exceeds $60.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within the United States only.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at empryssscrubwear@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Empryss Scrub Wear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
